What is the turnaround time for personalized products?

Your order is our number one priority and will ship as soon as possible. We do ask that you give us a one week turnaround as your item is custom embroidered or made. If your order is a rush, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, money orders, personal/business check and cashier's checks. 

What is your refund policy?

Since each item is personalized just for you the product is not returnable or refundable. Customer satisfaction is our goal and we will ensure that you will be fully satisfied with your product.  We are not liable for errors made on the customer's part.  If we make an error in processing your embroidery we will ensure that the product is quickly replaced.

What color of thread is used?

Certain products look better with applicable thread color and we will use discretion when choosing the colors for each product.  Please let us know if there is a specific color that you would like.

Gift Certificates

Not sure what to get someone? How about a Gift Certificate?  It's the perfect size and color. You can buy the Gift Certificate in any increment you choose. We will also provide a gift card with your purchase.  Don't forget to tell us how to word it.
